Account Services

To view pages in Account Services you will need to be registered and logged in to the site.
 
For your security and protection, all registration and account pages are secured by Thawte SSL certification.
Account
 
Your account page will display all your current orders including the e-Songs you have been sent and the email address of the person who has sent them.
 
Your current orders are listed in:
 
  • Order Number
  • Date
  • Status
  • Value
  • View
     
Clicking the “View” button at the end of each order provides a more detailed breakdown of each individual transaction, and highlights the Navigational Orders tab at the top of the page.
Orders

The more detailed view provides:
 
  • A “Download Again” option for the USB
  • A log of the order history
  • A contact option for the related order
  • The ability to preview and “Download Again” received e-Songs
     
Note: The “Download Again” option for the USB and view e-Song is only available for 30 days following date of despatch.
Digital Locker
 
The “Digital Locker” contains all the music you have either been gifted or purchased by you from the Our Song website. The “Locker” does not contain music you have gifted to someone else by sending them an e-Song. This will be held in the recipients “Locker”.
 
The locker displays:
 
  • Artist
  • Title
  • Preview
  • Download
  • Bit rate
     
The preview button will play a cycling 30 or 60 second clip of the track.
 
The download button enables you to download the specific track up to a maximum of 5 times.
 
The Bitrate identifies the MP3 quality of the track, 320kbps being the highest quality.
Access
 
This page allows you to modify your “login” credentials by changing your email address and password.
 
You will be asked to confirm your email address and password.
Details
 
This section contains the information we currently hold for you including:
 
  • Contact details
  • Your Name and Billing Address
  • Delivery Address
     
Following changes to any of the fields in this section, click on the “Update” button for the changes to take effect.
 
Note: To take part in any Forum discussions it is necessary to create a “Forum Alias”.
